Undies Project Makes a Difference to People in Need and You Can Help

The Undies Project is a unique local non profit that raises money to purchase underwear for those in need. They are running an online campaign during May called “Everyone Needs Undies”.

Something as simple as a new pack of underwear or a new bra makes all the difference to someone who is homeless, living in shelters or who is on a low income.

The donations of underwear to the 38 organizations that The Undies Project supports make a difference to real people.

Jessie, a guest at The Thomas Merton Center in Bridgeport, had this to say:

“I am thankful for having a place to come to. I’m not really at my best right now but thank god for the Merton House soup kitchen and The Undies Project because The Undies Project gave me a clean t-shirt, drawers and socks and Merton House helped me to wash myself up and I’m just thankful that I am able to kinda get back to the old me again. Thank God for The Undies Project”.

Any size donation is a blessing and will go towards supporting The Undies Project’s mission to provide new underwear to men, women and children in need to improve their lives.
