River House Adult Day Center is hosting a fundraiser, “Rollin’ on the River, Rio Grande Style,” on Friday, June 9, from 7:00pm until 10:00pm.
Wear your cowboy boots and jeans and join your friends at River House for an evening of country western fun.
Guests will enjoy southwestern treats, catered by Marcia Selden Catering, bourbon tasting, specialty cocktails, country line dancing, a strolling fiddler, a robust silent auction and many other surprises that are not to be missed.
All funds raised will benefit River House Adult Day Center.

River House Adult Day Center “River House” addresses the impact of aging on families on our community by providing comprehensive, recreational, and medical services to aging adults while offering guidance and support to their caregivers.
Each day over 40 aging adults who wish to remain in the community but require daytime assistance, come to River House to participate in vibrant activities, socialize with their peers, and receive compassionate care.
From 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, family caregivers receive a break, allowing them peace of mind while they tend to their needs knowing that their loved one is safe and happy. Caregivers also receive counseling and support.
Clients who are challenged with a dementia-related diagnosis such as Alzheimer’s, or other age-related challenges such as depression, arthritis, diabetes, vision/hearing loss, benefit from River House’s team of nurses, health aides, social workers, and therapeutic recreation staff who are trained
to support their unique needs.
River House is a non-profit organization serving families from the Greenwich and Stamford communities.
