Annual Sandblast Sand Sculpture Festival at Tod’s Point is This Weekend

This Saturday, July 17 is the town’s annual Sandblast Sand Sculpture Festival at Tod’s Point from 12:00-2:00pm. The National Weather Service has forecast a chance of showers, but the rain date is Sunday July 18, from 12-2pm. (Weather information: (203) 861-6100)

The event is organized by Parks & Rec and the Greenwich Arts Council. This year’s sponsor is Logos (logosgreenwich.com)

Valid beach/park pass required for entry.

• Bring your own shovel, sculpting tools and equipment.

• Any natural objects found on the beach may be used for sculptures.

• Judges will circulate at 1:30pm to distribute ribbons and view all sculptures
