Greenwich Police arrested a local man by warrant on Oct 18.
Police said Johnny R Hooper, 36, was charged with Illegal Sexual Contact – Victim <16 and Sexual Assault 4th degree.
The warrant was issued in connection with a sexual assault investigation involving a minor initiated on July 15, 2025.
Hooper was taken into custody and processed. His bond was set at $50,000, which he was unable to post, resulting in his continued custody.
He has a date in Stamford Superior Court in Nov 3, 2025.
