Current tax bills are due on July 1, 2023 and considered delinquent after August 1, 2023.
The deadline for Greenwich property owners to pay the first half of their 2022 Grand List property taxes is Aug 1.
If the Town has not received your payment by the end of the day on Aug 1, your account will be considered delinquent and interest penalties will be assessed.
You can send payments by mail to PO Box 3002 Greenwich, CT. 06836-3002 and as long as they are postmarked by August 1, it will not be delinquent.
Extra opportunities to pay:
The tax collector’s office will be open for in person payments on Saturday, July 29 from 9:00am until 12:00 noon and extended hours on August 1 from 8:30am – 7:00pm.
If you pay in person the tax collector’s office accepts payment by check, money order and cash.
