GPD Charge Larceny Suspect with Failure to Appear in Court

On Thursday Greenwich Police arrested Julius Kelly after her turned himself in at police headquarters.

Mr. Kelly, 41, of 1209 South State Street in Hillside, New Jersey, was wanted on a warrant for Failure to Appear 1 in court. He had been scheduled to appear on August 6, 2018 in Stamford Superior Court.

Back on March 20, 2018 Mr. Kelly was arrested by Greenwich Police and charged with Larceny 2 and Conspiracy to Commit Larceny 2 after the vehicle he was driving was pulled over by police and stolen property was discovered in the vehicle.

Kelly subsequently did not show up for his scheduled court appearances.

His bond was set at $75,000 and he was scheduled to go to court on Thursday.
