Rosa Borja, 28, of 7 Madison Ave in Port Chester was arrested by Greenwich Police on July 16 after units responded to North Water Street in Byram around 4:30am.
Investigation revealed that Ms. Borja verbally abused the victim, scratched, hit and cut the victim’s left hand.
Ms. Borja was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Assault 3.
She was released on a Promise to Appear in Stamford Superior Court on July 24, 2017.
