Motor Vehicle Stop Uncovers Warrant for Failure to Appear in 2011

On the morning of Feb. 6 Greenwich Police stopped a vehicle for equipment violations. Investigation determined that the driver, Bryan I. Loyes-noguera, 22, of 23 Lafayette Street in Stamford, had a possible arrest warrant because his birth date demographic did not match.  The warrant was for failing to appear in court back on  Jan. 24, 2011 in Norwalk after an arrest by Westport Police.

Loyes-noguera was arrested for motor vehicle charges stemming from the Greenwich motor vehicle stop and processed at Greenwich Police headquarters, where the warrant was confirmed.

Loyes-noguera posted his court set bond of $1,000 and was released from custody with a court date of Feb. 20 in Norwalk Superior Court.
