A Bridgeport man was arrested by Greenwich Police on Wednesday when they were at Stamford Superior Court on unrelated matters.
Investigative officers were advised that George Washington Trice, 54 of 25 Morningside Drive in Bridgeport would be transported to court that day and the department had a warrant for Mr. Trice for Engaging Police in Pursuit, Burglary 3 and Larceny 6 for an incident on West Putnam Ave stemming back to June 18, 2018.
Mr. Trice was taken into custody of Greenwich Police officers and arrested. He was unable to post his bond of $15,000. He was then turned over to CT Judicial Marshals for same day arraignment.
His next date in Stamford Superior Court is Jan 2 2019.
