Deadline Looms for Renewing Residential Parking Permit Stickers

Biennial Residential Parking Permit stickers dated 2019, for 14 residential zones, expire June 30, 2021.

This year the renewal process has been conducted only online and the system will remain open until the end of day June 30.

Current permit holders are encouraged to renew, upload documents and pay online.

According to the Parking Service Dept, permittees were sent a letter in the mail, as well as initial email and four reminder emails, containing renewal instructions and their temporary code and password.

Commencing July 1, completed hard copy applications, a copy of the vehicle registration and two proofs of residency documents (acceptable proofs: driver’s license, current utility bill (cable, electric, gas, water), tax bill (property tax), residential lease) and payment can be presented in-person at the Parking Services office (Mon-Fri 8:30am – 4:00pm), placed in the locked drop box outside the office, or mailed to Parking Services 101 Field Point Road, Greenwich CT 06830.

All parking citations must be paid in order to obtain a permit. Please allow 2-4 business days for permit processing.
