Greenwich High School takes great pride in announcing their Valedictorian and Salutatorians for the Class of 2021.
GHS Valedictorian is Iris Shi, and the Salutatorians are Mark Razanau and Colin Speaker. In addition, GHS is pleased to share the recipients of the annual Principal’s Awards, given to students for their exceptional academic achievements.
“All of these students have worked extremely hard to obtain these honors and we are very proud to share their achievements with the rest of the community. Each of these students has earned the respect and admiration of the faculty because of their ability to complete a rigorous course of study in such an exemplary manner,” Greenwich High School Principal Mr. Ralph Mayo said in a release from the district.
GHS Class Valedictorian and Salutatorians will also share remarks with the Class of 2021 at the graduation ceremony on June 21st.
“They have a passion for learning and the pursuit of excellence that we expect of our entire student body,” Mayo said. “Our whole community should be proud of the achievements of these exceptional young adults as they move on to the next phase of their education.”
Principal’s Awards recipients for the Class of 2021 make up approximately ten percent of the senior class and are earned through outstanding academic achievement during the course of their studies at GHS.
