“Kristin is a trailblazer, an innovator, and an inspiring role model for the GA girls,” said Head of School Margaret Hazlett. “We are thrilled to have such an accomplished alumna of character to help us launch the Class of 2025 as they embark on their journey to college and career.”

Of her time at GA, Ms. Peck has said, “I received one of the greatest educations a woman or man can get—I learned to be intellectually curious, to respectfully challenge ideas and theories to get to the ultimate truth or insight.”

Ms. Peck has served as CEO of animal health company Zoetis since 2020, previously holding key leadership roles in operations, business development, and strategy. She played a pivotal role in ushering Zoetis through its IPO in 2013 and has since been recognized for her transformative leadership, earning spots on the CNBC 2024 Changemakers list, Barron’s Top CEOs of 2022, and Fortune’s 2020 Businessperson of the Year.

Before joining Zoetis, Ms. Peck was executive vice president of Worldwide Business Development and Innovation at Pfizer Inc., where she helped shape the future of its Animal Health and Nutrition businesses—paving the way for a public animal health company. Her career also includes roles at The Boston Consulting Group, The Prudential Realty Group, The O’Connor Group, and J.P. Morgan.
