Worker Who Accidentally Set off Burglar Alarm Charged on Outstanding Warrant

Greenwich Police responded to a residential burglary alarm on Wescott Street in Riverside on Monday morning.

Upon arrival at the residence, officers made contact with workers who had accidentally set off the burglar alarm.

Police learned that one of the workers, identified by his driver’s license as William F Rosa of Bayberry Ln in Stratford, had an active arrest warrant for failure to appear in court. The failure to appear warrant was issued by Connecticut State Police Troop G.

Rosa’s bond was set at $500 and he was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Nov 14, 2018.
