Woman Charged with Trespass and Violating Condition of Release in Western Greenwich

Greenwich Police arrested a Port Chester woman twice on Aug 5. Police say they received a report that Maria A Hernandez, 48, of Grace Church St in Port Chester was on a property in western Greenwich where she was not allowed.

Police determined that on August 4 Hernandez made an attempt to speak with residents on the property, though one of them was protected by a full no contact order against her. Then on Aug 5, at about 6:50am, she returned to the residence where the protected party was located.

Hernandez was arrested and charged with Violating Condition of Release 2 (2 counts) and Criminal Trespass 1 (two counts). Her bond was set at $20,000.

Also on Aug 5, police responded to a 911 hangup call and upon arrival determined that Hernandez was in the residence and there was an outstanding warrant for her arrest for Failure to Appear in court. Bond for this charge was set at $10,000.

Hernandez was unable to post bond and was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Aug 6.
