Barbara Aristide, 33, was arrested on Sunday April 3 around 10:00am, after multiple Greenwich Police units responded to 20 Hervey Street in Byram on a report of an altercation. Investigation revealed that one of the involved parties, Barbara Aristide, of 20 Hervey Street had gotten into a verbal argument, which escalated when she started throwing food and eventually hit an elderly victim in the head with her fist.
Aristide was arrested and charged with Assault on an Elderly Person 3rd degree. She was held on bond of $2,500 and has a court date on April 18, 2016 in Stamford Superior Court.
