Greenwich Police Narcotics Section received information that a local man was selling pills to numerous people in the Town of Greenwich.
An undercover Narcotics Detective negotiated a transaction in which the accused, Kevin Joyce, 48, of 11 Quarry Knoll in Greenwich, a Housing Authority property for elderly, sold the officer prescription pills classified as Scheduled 4 Controlled Substance, which are available only by a licensed medical professional.
On April 10 Mr. Joyce was charged with Sale of a Controlled Substance and released on a promise to appear in Stamford Superior Court on April 24, 2019.
