On Sunday around 1:30pm Greenwich Police responded to a the area of Greenwich Ave and Arch Street in central Greenwich on a report of a physical fight.
Investigation revealed that two people had engaged in a verbal and physical altercation in a public place with another person and struck the other party in the face in order to get him away from her.
Isaiah Williams, 18, of Summer Street in Stamford, grabbed the other party’s neck from behind during the altercation in order to keep her from hitting him. He was charged with Breach of Peace 2 and shares a date in Stamford Superior Court on Oct 15.
