Kristopher Chimblo, 28, of 13 Harold Street was arrested on June 5, again.
On June 5 Chimblo was also arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct following an altercation on Harold Street. (Cos Cob Man Charged with Disorderly Conduct)
The same day Chimblo was also arrested and charged with Assault 3 for an incident at 31 River Road.
Police responded to River Rd on a report of a physical fight. Investigation revealed that Mr. Chimblo had entered into a verbal argument with another man that escalated into a physical fight. Chimblo was arrested and charged with Assault 3 and a promise to appear in Stamford Superior Court on June 12, 2017.
Brian David Tracy, 61, of 21 Putnam Park in Greenwich was also arrested and charged with Assault 3 in the same incident after police determined he had entered into the verbal argument that escalated into a physical fight. Mr. Tracy, who was released on a promise to appear, also has a court date on June 12, 2017.
