Kristopher Thomas Chimblo, 28, of 13 Harold Street in Cos Cob was arrested on June 5 and charged with Disorderly Conduct.
Greenwich Police initially responded to a report of a physical altercation on Harold Street at about 4:15pm on Monday.
Upon arrival police established a perimeter and made contact with Mr. Chimblo who voluntarily exited the residence and surrendered to police custody.
After an on scene investigation, it was determined that an altercation had occurred between two men. Mr. Chimblo was identified as the Offender. He was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct.
He was released on a Promise to Appear in Stamford Superior court on June 12, 2017.
