Tumultuous Behavior in a Vehicle Leads to Driver’s Arrest

Greenwich Police responded to a report of an altercation in central Greenwich on June 1 around 8:00pm.

Their investigation revealed that Joseph Bivona, 24, of Cyprus Drive in Stamford had acted tumultuously in a vehicle on a public road. According to police, the driver was having an argument with a passenger and waiving his hands around. The incident took place in the area of Indian Harbor Drive and Museum Drive.

Bivona was charged with Driving a Motor Vehicle Under Suspension, Driving without a License.

His bond was set at $500 and he has a date in Stamford Superior Court on June 3, 2019.
