Juan Aguilar, 26, of 102 Pemberwick Rd turned himself in at Greenwich Police headquarters on Oct. 28 on a warrant for Criminal Trespass 1st degree for an incident stemming back to Sept. 11, 2015 on Morgan Ave in Pemberwick.
Aguilar was assigned a bond of $2,000. Aguilar was able to post bond and was released without incident. His court date in Stamford Superior Court is Oct. 29, 2015
