Greenwich Police arrested two people on Dec 26, 2023 and charged them with Simple Trespass and Interfering with Officer/Resisting.
Police responded around 6:15pm on a report of two uncooperative men trespassing in the area of 1 Holly Hill Lane.
When police arrived, they saw a car with New York State plates in the parking lot and spotted two males walking in the area.
According to the arrest report, “As officers exited their vehicles the males became irate and began to insult the officers.”
The two males refused to provide officers with their identification and a valid reason for being on the private property.
Elhaji Djiby Diouf, 21, of Bronx, NY and Mohamed Diate Kourouma, 24, of Paterson, NJ were released on a promise to appear and have a date in Stamford Superior Court on Jan 10, 2024.
