Greenwich Police arrested a Seymour man, Manuel Sousa, 40, on Monday around 3:00am after he made contact with an individual in Adams Gardens in violation of a Protective Order.
Investigation revealed additional violations.
Police learned Sousa was on the Housing Authority’s banned list and was additionally charged with Criminal Trespass 1.
Police say a search of Sousa’s vehicle revealed a BB gun under the back seat, unlocked and in close proximity to the front driver’s seat.
He was also charged with Illegal Possession of Weapons in a motor Vehicle.
He was assigned a court appearance later the same day at Bridgeport Superior Court, and his bond was set at $1,000.
