Luis Angel Perez-Avalos, 22, of 57 Oak Street in Port Chester was arrested on Dec. 12 after police noticed his car’s tinted windows in the area of North Water Street, Mill Street and Armonk Street in Byram.
At about 4:45pm Greenwich Police observed a vehicle being operated with darkly tinted windows and conducted a motor vehicle stop. In the process it was determined the operator of the car provided false identity information. He was arrested and charged with Interfering with a police investigation as well as several motor vehicle charges.
Perez-Avalos was positively identified and charged with Interfering with an Officer. His bond was set at $250 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 21, 2015 in Stamford Superior Court.
