Teen Charged with Larceny, Burglary for Incident in Private Home in Riverside

On Monday morning around 7:15am a Norwalk teen turned himself in on an outstanding warrant from Greenwich Police.

Joshua Laboy, 18, of Bayview Ave in Norwalk was wanted in connection to an incident back on August 27, 2019 on Indian Head Road in Riverside around 3:30am when police say he entered the private home while it was occupied by a resident and stole cash and key fobs to vehicles.

The warrant was issued March 11, 2020.

After being charged with Larceny 5, Criminal Attempt Larceny 1, and Burglary 1, Laboy was placed in a police holding cell.

Laboy’s bond was set at $150,000, which he was unable to post.

He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on March 31, 2020.
