Greenwich Police Narcotics conducted an investigation that resulted in a warrant being issued for Michael Parrotta, 29, of 3052 High Ridge Rd in Stamford.
Mr. Parrotta was arrested after he turned himself in at Greenwich Police headquarters on on Dec 3 for an incident stemming back to Nov 2, 2016.
He was charged with 73 counts of Obtaining a Controlled Substance by Fraud, 73 counts of Illegal Possession and 73 counts of Forgery 2nd degree.
Mr. Parrotta has a date scheduled in Stamford Superior court on Dec. 12, 2016.
