In March 2019 Greenwich Police investigated a report of a sexual assault. The investigation developed probable cause to obtain an arrest warrant for Fritzner Bernadin of Raymond Street in Stamford for Sexual Assault 2nd degree.
On Sunday Stamford Police arrested Mr. Bernadin on the authority of the warrant and transferred custody to Greenwich Police.
Bernadin was unable to post a court set bond of $10,000 and was held pending arraignment in Stamford Superior Court.
Bernadin has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Sept 26, 2019.
