On Friday, Oct 29 a Stamford man turned himself in at Greenwich Police headquarters on an outstanding warrant stemming from an incident back in September in which he allegedly offered a juvenile money in exchange for them exposing themselves.
Tosheim Davon Newkirk, 27, of Stamford was charged with Risk of Injury to a Child and Breach of Peace 2.
His bond was set at $100,000, which he was unable to post.
Newkirk has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Nov 12, 2021.
