On Dec. 17, Shelton Police notified Greenwich Police that Thomas R Wierzbicki, 62, of 63 Cliff St in Shelton was in their custody based on an active arrest warrant out of their jurisdiction.
An arrest warrant for Wierzbicki had been issued by Judge Hernandez on Dec. 11, 2014. The original charge stemmed back to a Nov. 2 incident on Lewis Street in which Wierzbicki was arrested for Criminal Violation of a Restraining order.
Wierzbicki’s was held at Greenwich Police station in lieu of his court set bond of $15,000. He was issued a court date of Dec. 18, 2104 in Stamford Superior Court.
