Taiel D Gookool, 20, of 56 Prospect Street in Greenwich was charged on Nov. 12 with two counts of Sexual Assault.
The Special Victims Section of the Greenwich Police Dept received a complaint from a juvenile alleging sexually assault by Gookool on Jan. 21, 2015 at Gookool’s residence. He was arrested via warrant for Risk of Injury, Illegal Sexual Contact With A Victim Under 16, and Sexual Assault 2nd.
The other set of charges stem back to an incident on River Road Extension in Cos Cob on Sept. 8, after which Special Victims Section received another complaint alleging sexual assault by Gookool. According to Police, the investigation revealed that the sexual assault took place and Gookool was arrested via warrant for charges including: Risk of Injury, Illegal Sexual Contact With A Victim Under 16 and Sexual Assault 2nd degree.
Gookool’s bond was set at $75,000, which he was unable to post.
Gookool is being held at Greenwich Police station until his Nov. 19 court date at Stamford Superior Court.
