Sex Offender, Formerly of Old Greenwich, Charged with Violating Conditions Of Release

A Brooklyn, NY man who arrested and charged with Sexual Assault 4th degree and Risk of Injury to a Minor by Greenwich Police back in 2014, when he was a resident of Ballwood Road in Old Greenwich, is in trouble again.

On March 5 Greenwich Police traveled to Caldwell, Ohio to extradite Keenan Houston, 58, back to Connection for a Violation of Conditions of Release.

Houston was on parole and conditions included that he not have contact with the victim.

Police say Houston traveled to Ohio and had contact with the victim, which resulted in his arrest by Columbus, Ohio Police in March 2017 for Gross Sexual Imposition.

Mr. Houston subsequently served four years at Noble Correctional Facility.

As a result of his arrest in Ohio, he violated the conditions of his release.

A warrant requested by Greenwich Police Special Victims Section was approved.

Houston was being held at Greenwich Police headquarters on $150,000 court set bond and was scheduled for arraignment on March 8, 2021in Stamford Superior Court. He has a date in Stamford Superior Court on March 19, 2021.
