Riverside Man Charged with Stalking

On July 3rd around 6:00pm Greenwich Police responded to a residential address to investigate the discovery of a tracking device found in a vehicle.

Investigation revealed that Marc Penvenne, 66, of Riverside had secreted a tracking device within the victim’s vehicle in an attempt to track her movements.

Penvenne was charged with Stalking 2 and Disorderly Conduct.

According to Captain Mark Zuccerella, the Disorderly Conduct was for “causing annoyance and alarm.”

The Stalking 2 charge was for the tracking device

He was able to post his $1,000 bond and is due in Stamford Superior Court on July 6, 2021.
