Greenwich Police report that a Riverside man was arrested around 7:15pm on Aug 26 following an incident at Riverside Commons.
Police say Stephen Barolak, 35, of Indian Head Rd was charged with Breach of Peace 2 and Criminal Mischief 2 after he allegedly jumped on the hood of an SUV, damaging a wiper arm and cracking the windshield.
Barolak was released on a promise to appear in Stamford Superior court on Sept 10.
