Riverside Man Arrested after Picking Up Large Knife During Verbal Argument

police stationIn a case of domestic violence, Daniel William Wall, 33, of 36 Sheephill Rd in Greenwich, was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Violation of a Protective Order.

After Greenwich Police responded to a the report of a domestic violence incident on Tuesday at about 6:20pm, investigation revealed that there was a verbal argument between an adult subject and the victim. That during the argument, the adult subject picked up a large knife, causing the victim to become fearful and contact 911.

According to Greenwich Police, the investigation also revealed the subject was in violation of a protective order.

The suspect was arrested and transported to Greenwich Police headquarters. He was charged with Violation of A Protective Order and Disorderly Conduct. The suspect was was able to post a bond of $25,000 and was released. He was assigned a court date of April 8 at the Stamford Superior Court
