Greenwich Police received a complaint on Tuesday afternoon about an intoxicated neighbor who resides in the basement of a two-family house.
Investigation and cell phone video revealed the Luis Rivera, 47, of Riverside had slapped his neighbor’s cell phone out of her hand as she was recording their verbal argument.
Mr. Rivera was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct. His bond was set at $600. He has a date in Stamford Superior Court on July 28, 2021.
