On April 20 Greenwich Police arrested Sebastian Ospina-Henao, 23, of Chestnut Street, by warrant issued by the court for an incident in another town in Connecticut. Mr. Ospina-Henao subsequently failed to appear for one or more scheduled court dates and was re-arrested on May 22, 2019.
Ospina-Henao was arrested at his apartment on Chestnut Street. His identity was verified via his US Permanent Residency cad.
He was processed and held on court assigned bond of $5,000 which he was unable to post at the time of his arrest. He was placed in cell #1. He has a court date on June 5, 2019.
