New Charges for Port Chester Woman with History of Arrests in Greenwich

On Dec 10, Greenwich Police arrested a Port Chester woman by warrant for an incident that took place back on Aug 1, where it was alleged that she appeared at the residence of an individual with a Protective Order barring her from having any contact.

The suspect, Maria Hernandez, 48, of Grace Church Street, was charged with Violating a Condition of Release, Breach of Peace and Criminal Trespass.

Hernandez has a history of arrests by Greenwich Police.

Her bond was set at $10,000.

She was turned over to the State of CT Judicial Marshals for same day arraignment.
