Greenwich Police responded to Harold Ave in Chickahominy Monday after receiving a report of a possible burglary.
Investigation revealed that the arrestee, Asbel Isaias Juarez, 27, of Port Chester, NY, used a credit card to enter the victim’s residence and hid within the residence.
While Juarez was exiting the residence it was determined that he stole the victim’s laptop.
Juarez later confessed in a sworn statement to breaking in and entering the victim’s residence and later stealing her laptop.
He was charged with Burglary 1, Larceny 6, and Disorderly Conduct.
His bond was set at $10,000, which he was unable to post. He was assigned a court date of July 27, 2021.
