Police Spot Familiar Greenwich Man with Outstanding Warrant at Mobil Station

Greenwich Police arrested Marquise A Burick on July 2 after they spotted him at the Mobil station on West Putnam Ave.

Stamford Adult Probation had advised that Mr. Burick, 21, of 27 Armstrong Court, had an active warrant for violating his probation.

Mr. Burick’s bond was set at $15,000 which he was unable to post. He remained in Greenwich Police custody as of July 5 and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on July 18, 2018.

The original incident took place on Jan 13, 2017 in Armstrong court.

Mr. Burick is well known to Greenwich Police.

In September 2017, he was charged with Criminal Trespass 3 and Disorderly Conduct for an incident on Milbank Ave where he was found to have been on property that he had previously been banned from and had a loud tumultuous argument.

Back in February of 2017 Mr. Burick was one of three men arrested in an incident involving a theft of a snowblower at Armstrong Court.  Burick was charged with Conspiracy to Commit/Larceny 3 and Larceny 3 and held on $20,000 bond.
