Greenwich Man with History of Arrests is Charged with Trespass, Disorderly Conduct

An Armstrong Court resident was arrested on Sept 26 and faces charges for an incident that took place on Milbank Ave back on Sept 7.

Officers on patrol on Tuesday located Marquise A Burick, 20, of 27 Armstrong Court, a subject known to police and had an outstanding warrant.

Burick was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass 3 and Disorderly Conduct. Police say that in the Milbank Ave incident, Burick was on property that he had previously been banned from and had a loud tumultuous argument.

Burick’s bond was set at $10,000, and at the time of the arrest he was unable to post and remained in police custody.

Back on Aug 28, Greenwich Police arrested Burick after noticing  three men standing behind a trailer in the Armstrong Court parking lot. They recognized Burick as being prohibited from the property.

On Jan 15, Burick was arrested following a report of a stolen credit card. Investigation revealed that Mr. Burick had stolen a credit card and proceeded to make several fraudulent charges. He was charged with Forgery 2, Identity Theft 3, Illegal Use of Credit Card, Credit Card Theft, and Larceny 6.

Back in February Mr. Burick was one of three men arrested in an incident involving a theft of a snowblower at Armstrong Court.  Burick was charged with Conspiracy to Commit/Larceny 3 and Larceny 3 and held on $20,000 bond.
