On July 27 Greenwich police observed a man in his vehicle parked with its left wheels to the curb on Cos Cob Avenue by Palmer Street.
After a motor vehicle stop, the driver, identified as Egidio Contreras, 63, of Dandy Drive in Cos Cob, was found to have an active arrest warrant from Norwalk Police for Failure to Appear 2.
Mr.Contreras was charged with Failure to Appear 2. He was able to post his $10,000 bond and has a date in Norwalk Superior Court on July 11, 2018.
