On Sunday evening Greenwich Police responded to Stratford to pick up a suspect being held on an outstanding warrant for several motor vehicle charges.
The charges stemmed from an incident back on Feb 6, 2018 around 6:00pm on Glenville Road.
Police took into custody Joey Brien Testa, 42, of 100 Milbank Ave in Greewnich and charged him with Improper Use of License Plate, Evading Responsibility /Property damage, DUI and Driving without a License.
Mr. Testa was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on July 9, 2018.
His bond was set at $5,000, which he was unable to post.
