On April 1 around 3:00am, Greenwich Police on patrol in the area of Delavan Ave in Byram observe a car traveling west and swerving out of its lane.
Police say the accused, Rande Jose Barrios-Arauz, 24, of 79 Orchard St in Stamford displayed the odor of alcohol and was unable to perform field sobriety tests to standard.
He was charged with Driving an Unregistered Motor Vehicle. DUI, Failure to Drive Right, Driving without a License.
His bond was set at $500, which he was unable to post. He was placed in the Greenwich Police cell block.
Barrios-Arauz was assigned a court date in Stamford Superior court on April 16, 2018.
