On Sunday Greenwich Police arrested Bryan Lemster, 43, of 16 Prospect Drive after they said he threatened a resident with the intent to terrorize the person while both Lemster and the resident were outside the residence.
The charges were Breach of Peace 2 and 53a-62(a(2(A Threatening 2nd degree-Violence to Terrorize. Lemster was able to post the required 7% of his $1,000 bond and was released.
Then, on Monday police responded to the residence again on a report of a physical altercation.
Mr. Lemster was transported to Greenwich Hospital and held for an evaluation.
On Tuesday an arrest warrant was signed for charges resulting from that altercation.
Police said that it is expected that when Lemster is released from the hospital that he will be arrested based on that warrant.
