Willie Witherspoon, 51, of 218 South Main Street in South Norwalk was arrested by Greenwich Police after turning himself in on Dec. 28. Witherspoon was wanted for Evading Responsibility and Unsafe Backing for an incident that stemmed back to Oct. 20 on Old Mill Road in Greenwich.
Witherspoon was able to post his court set bond of $5,000 and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Jan. 4, 2016.
