No License Plate, No Insurance, No Driver’s License, Under Arrest

A Stamford man was arrested on Dec. 26 around 4:45am after Greenwich Police noticed a red Honda traveling east on Delavan Ave near New Lebanon Ave was missing its front license plate.

The driver, Justo Medina Ponce, 23, of 107 Culloden Rd in Stamford, told police that he didn’t have the correct registration plate for the car, that the car was uninsured, and that he didn’t have a driver’s license.

He was arrested and charged with Operating an Unregistered Vehicle, Misuse of Plate, Failure to Display Plate, Operating Motor Vehicle without License 1st offense, and No Insurance.

He was assigned a date in court on Jan 11, 2016 in Stamford Superior Court.
