Izaih O Perez, 19, of 20 7th Street in Stamford was arrested on July 1 for charges relating to an incident that took place on Oct. 5, 2015 on Davis Ave.
According to Greenwich Police detectives, assisted by the Stamford NOC Section arrested Perez and charged him with Arson 3rd degree, Larceny 4th degree, Interfering with an Officer, Falsely Reporting an Incident 2nd degree, and Conspiracy to Commit/Conspiracy, and Conspiracy to Commit Arson 3rd degree.
Perez was taken into custody in Stamford and transported to Greenwich where he was processed. Perez’s bond was set at $50,000, which he was unable to post. He was placed into GPD cell block without incident.
An NCIC query revealed that the CT State Police Troop G held an active warrant for Perez for Evading Responsibility, Operating Under Suspension, Traveling Too Close and Traveling to Fast for Conditions.
Perez has a court date in Stamford Superior Court on July 8, 2016.
