Multiple Cars, Bicycles Stolen Over Weekend in Greenwich, Mostly Unlocked

Over the weekend Greenwich Police said seven vehicles were reported stolen from residences in Greenwich.

All but one vehicle had been left unlocked, and all were stolen after midnight.

• 2012 Ford Focus on Benjamin Street (Car was locked)
• 2015 Honda Odyssey on Old Wagon Road (unlocked; keys inside; recovered around the block)
• 2017 Honda Pilot on Northridge
• 2017 Audi Q5 on Sound Beach Ave (recovered in Norwalk)
• 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee on North Maple Ave
• 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Mead Point

Greenwich Police Lt Mark Zuccerella said there were also four incidents of Larceny from motor vehicles that took place the same night the vehicles were stolen:

• Benjamin Street
• Old Wagon Rd
• West Brother Drive
• Indian Chase

Lastly, two bicycles that were left unlocked were stolen – one on Sound Beach Ave and one in Wilbur Peck.

There was also a reported theft of video games from a residence at Wilbur Peck Court.
