Greenwich Police investigators appeared at CT Superior Court in Stamford on March 2 in regards to a Habeas request by GPD.
The felony arrest warrant stemmed from an incident involving an alleged Attempted Sexual Assault investigation stemming back to Sept 1, 2021.
The wanted subject was, John A Cesarini, 37, of Abington, MA,.
Cesarini was charged with Possession of Child Pornography 1st degree 50+ Depictions.
His bond was set at $250,000.
While at court, custody of Cesarini was turned over to the investigating officers by the State Judicial Marshals.
After he was processed, he was turned over to State of CT Judicial Marshals for same day arraignment.
