Man Wanted by Multiple Police Departments Spotted by Alert Greenwich Police

On April 21, Greenwich Police Officers were detailed to the area of Greenwich Avenue and Railroad Avenue on a reported sighting of a man wanted on outstanding warrants held by Greenwich, New Canaan Police and Westport Police Departments.

Greenwich Police located and positively identified Ronald Garafalo, 61, of 575 Maple Street in Bridgeport by his Connecticut Identification Card.

Garafalo was arrested on April 21 and charged with Burglary 3rd degree, Criminal Trespass 2nd degree, and Larceny 6th degree  for an April 10 incident on Lake Ave.

He is being held in lieu of $15,000 and has a court date of May 6, in Stamford Superior court.
